Refund policy

 At Neo-cartel.com we believe in keeping our customers happy always. If any product that you receive does not meet your expectations do write to us at care@neo-cartel.com and we’ll surely assist you.

What can I return?

You can return/exchange any item that has the wrong color or is a damaged product received.

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, we advise the customer to check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.

In case the product is damaged or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been sent, kindly contact us at care@neo-cartel.com

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product/s until we receive a set of instructions regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email us at care@neo-cartel.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

All defective products are to be returned to Neo-Cartel.com in their original condition with Tags, and original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Please return your order as per the instructions given to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.

Safe receipt of defective products by Neo-Cartel.com is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Neo-Cartel.com shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

In case it is found on examination of the product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then Neo-Cartel.com shall make the necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.

Our Courier service partner will collect It from the delivered Address.

Refund:

Neo-Cartel.com will process refunds in case of damaged product received. You can reachout to care@neo-cartel.com to proceed with the refund

In the event of an error having occurred on the part of Neo-Cartel.com, You can ask us to replace the products as well.

How long until the customers are not allowed to ask for a Return/exchange?

You can request a return within 48 hours of the delivery.

Cancellation:

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours. The Refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, artwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned in Neo-Cartel.com are only approximate values. Because products on Neo-Cartel.com  are designer-made, and intricately crafted and sourced from various parts of India, there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying, and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and capabilities of computer monitors.

Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually tends to come off. Even with perfect handling, care, and packaging this cannot be completely avoided.
